Nothing's ever over
Every step is of different shape and size, I’ve climbed them over and over. The fall is easier than the rise, but nothing’s ever over.
Take the palms of my hands and decide, rub the life lines, think them over. For my future you are my guide and nothing’s ever over.
To a line we are all drawn, like sheep we flock together. Missing all we were given, knowing nothing lasts forever.
Carve your name and mine on a tree, let the bark think it over. The sap will bleed with me and nothing’s ever over.
