Woke up on a Sunday
I dreamt of a thousand things, different types of everything. In the morning I’d changed my mind, pull the curtains they make me blind. Happens once in a while only once in a while, happens once in a while only once in a while.
Woke up on a Sunday, (don’t know how I) woke up on a Sunday, (don’t believe I) woke up on a Sunday, looking through the only eyes I can see.
I lie like a bludgeoned fish pulling hooks out of everything, hoping I can make it to the fridge before the bed begins to spin. Happens once in a while only once in a while, happens once in a while only once in a while.
I’m walking in broken lines over glass and tell tale signs. Changing gear when the engine whines even though I still can’t drive. Happens once in a while only once in a while, happens once in a while only once in a while.
